Mindcon Impact Conference ("the Event") to be held on June 8th, 9th, and 10th, 2025, at the Marriott Marquis Miami. By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you ("the Attendee") agree to the following terms:

1. Ticket Sales and Refunds

Attendees are eligible for a full refund up until 30 days before the Event date. Tickets may be transferred to another individual at any time, provided that the original proof of purchase is presented at the time of entry. Tickets are valid exclusively for the Mindcon Impact Conference 2025 and cannot be used for future or past events.

2. Admission Requirements

The Event is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. Proof of age may be required upon entry. Attendees must adhere to the specified dress code of business professional attire. The Event organizers reserve the right to deny

entry to individuals who fail to comply with these requirements.

3. Code of Conduct

The Attendee agrees to maintain a respectful and harassment-free environment during the Event. Discrimination, bullying, harassment, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Personal recording devices, such as mobile phones, are permitted; however, professional recording equipment and live streaming are prohibited. A professional videographer will be present to document the Event. Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the Event without a refund.

4. Liability Disclaimer

The Attendee acknowledges that participation in the Event is at their own risk. The organizers of the Mindcon Impact Conference are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages to personal property incurred during the Event.

5. Event Modifications

The Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, including but not limited to the date, venue, and lineup of speakers. Any modifications will be communicated to attendees via both email and SMS using the contact information provided during ticket purchase.

6. Force Majeure and Cancellations

In the event of cancellation due to acts of god, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers' reasonable control, all attendees and partners will be entitled to a full refund of their ticket purchase. This policy applies regardless of when the cancellation occurs in relation to the Event date.

7. Third-Party Sponsors and Vendors

Third-party sponsors and vendors may participate in the Event. The Event organizers assume no responsibility for the actions, products, or services of these third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Attendee agrees not to use the Event's name, logo, or likeness for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Sharing personal experiences from the Event on social media platforms is encouraged, provided it aligns with the Event's Code of Conduct.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from participation in the Event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami, Florida.
